Children's Computers
Computers are a part of every day operations throughout the business and non-profit world. That's why it's important to expose children to this technology at a young age.

At McKinley Memorial Library, we offer computers specifically for children to use in the Children's Room.
We offer terminals for even the youngest library patrons!

Early Literacy Stations
These computers are pre-loaded with fun and educational games designed especially for preschool aged children. With a colorful keyboard and mouse, working on this station helps children learn and get used to using computer equipment all while having fun!

Children do not need a library card to use these computers, and may sign in as a guest and enjoy a 30 minute session.

Work Station
This computer will allow children access to word processing programs like Microsoft Office and to the internet.

McKinley Memorial Library does impose filters on this computer for child safety purposes.

Children do need a library card equipped with a four-digit pin number to use this computer.

Children can sign up to use the computer at the computer  reservation station behind the reference desk.

They will then be given a 30 minute session.

Children can print from this computer (black & white copies are $.10 per copy and color copies are $.25 per copy)
